About the Role

Responsibilities

Manage boutique operations, including sales, payments, inventory, expenses, and security, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement action plans to achieve boutique sales targets.
Plan, execute, and manage external events and promotions.
Analyze sales trends and customer needs, submitting regular reports.
Maintain the highest service level for all clients, providing guidance and setting an example.
Handle after-sales service and customer complaints according to regulations.
Build and develop the team through recruitment, training, and growth opportunities.
Manage staff, including task delegation, work scheduling, performance development, and annual evaluations.
Foster a collaborative environment through consistent communication and information sharing.
Ensure staff are aware of their role as brand ambassadors, both inside and outside the boutique.
Encourage self-growth by understanding strengths and areas for improvement, taking responsibility for continuous skill enhancement.

Requirements

English proficiency is a plus.
Management experience is a plus.
