About the Role

Participate in all aspects of the desktop/web development lifecycle for solutions, including designing, implementing, building, deploying, testing, and troubleshooting market issues to ensure high standards of application performance, uptime, scale, code quality, and thoughtful design. This role is crucial for modernizing, consolidating IT infrastructure, automating workloads, and pursuing next-generation innovation through software technology and cloud computing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modular-based systems in accordance with best practices.
Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
Actively participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation of software components and systems.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Windows applications, web applications, and cloud services (optional).
Proficient in C#, .NET framework, Java, and/or Python.
Experience with desktop applications such as Windows Forms, WPF.
Proficient with web development frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, RESTful API.
Proficient with database management systems like relational DB, NoSQL.
Experience with OOAD and/or UML.
Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience with Agile Scrum development processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
