About the Role

Join diva-e to understand how digital customer experiences truly function, working on real projects where Salesforce, data, and AI intersect. You'll contribute to elevating leading brands' customer experiences through smart processes, modern platforms, and a focus on impact.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in Salesforce projects, gaining insight into real customer requirements from conception to implementation.
• Collaborate with the team to advance Salesforce solutions in Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud, learning how AI-driven automation and autonomous agents shape the next generation of CRM.
• Structure data, processes, and small automations, progressively understanding their interconnections.
• Ensure quality through involvement in testing, documentation, and releases.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or agent-based solutions to accelerate processes, analyze complex requirements, and efficiently implement new CRM use cases, learning how AI supports Salesforce solution development.

Requirements

• Studying business, (business) informatics, digital business, or a related field with a strong interest in digital platforms.
• Previous exposure to Salesforce, CRM systems, or digital tools is beneficial but not required; mindset is key.
• Eagerness to understand the technical, data-driven, and strategic construction of customer experience.
• Proficiency and desire to apply AI tools meaningfully in daily work.
• Structured work approach, proactive thinking, and enjoyment of delving into complex topics.
