About the Role
Contribute to improving the sales capabilities necessary to execute ONC BU's strategy through trainer activities, including product/disease training, skills training, and new hire training. This involves planning, designing, preparing, and executing training sessions, analyzing results, and providing follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Conduct various product/disease training, skills training, and new hire training (product), as well as training for mid-career hires/returnees/transferees.
- Plan, design, and prepare training sessions, including identifying issues, communicating with stakeholders, managing schedules, and creating content.
- Execute training sessions, provide instruction, analyze results, and conduct follow-up.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience as an MR.
- Experience in handling key hospitals and university hospitals as an MR.
- Experience in the oncology field.
- Experience working with stakeholders.
- Experience as a project leader.
- Experience in learning-related tasks (e.g., trainer).
