About the Role
The UK Wealth Marketing Specialist will focus on marketing efforts to maintain and deepen relationships with clients and prospects in the UK, including large wealth managers, private banks, and IFA networks. This role involves leading the execution of channel marketing to promote the firm’s reputation, capabilities, and products, requiring planning, execution, and assessment of marketing plans in close collaboration with client group colleagues and the regional/global marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Work with the UK Marketing Strategist to define the UK wealth marketing strategy in partnership with the Head of UK Wealth (Client Group).
- Lead the execution and refinement of marketing plans to improve awareness and adoption of capabilities and products across the country with intermediary clients.
- Leverage the full marketing mix to implement marketing strategies supporting the business and building the brand using content, digital, email, events, and media.
- Partner with PR/corporate communications experts to ensure channel alignment and timely, effective message implementation.
- Recommend and implement refinements to marketing approaches with initiative and creativity.
- Manage budget and internal resources effectively, focusing on high-impact activities.
- Employ a data-driven measurement approach and communicate progress and lessons learned to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain broad knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, and industry developments specific to the business area.
Requirements
- Some experience in intermediary marketing within the investment management industry.
- Demonstrable strong work ethic, comfortable working remotely from other team members.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management/organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, be responsive, and manage changing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with creative teams, internal business partners, external clients, and external vendors.
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity; continuously seek out ways to improve upon and elevate effective marketing strategies.
