About the Role

Join Hitzler Ingenieure in Berlin and contribute to significant construction projects. This role offers hands-on experience and practical training in project management.

Responsibilities

• Support team members in project processing across all project stages and action areas.
• Create and maintain project-specific organizational guidelines (project manual).
• Independently review invoices and additional payments.
• Create and maintain schedule plans (framework schedule, work item schedule, construction period schedule).
• Review service specifications.
• Participate in and document meetings and site inspections.
• Prepare tender documents.

Requirements

• Currently studying Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Building Equipment, Energy or Electrical Engineering, or Architecture/Industrial Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Ideally, relevant professional experience as a working student or intern in project management, construction management, or planning.
• Exceptional self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and a high willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent German language skills for written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and self-directed work approach.
