About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand and Marketing team in North Sydney. This is a delivery-focused role where you will be building, coordinating, and deploying campaigns across Direct Mortgages, Asset Finance, Brand, and Sponsorship. You’ll gain end-to-end exposure to campaign delivery, executing email campaigns, working in CRM platforms, managing workflows, and ensuring campaigns move from brief to launch.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns via customer relationship management platforms.
Support campaign delivery across customer, broker, and partner audiences.
Manage campaign calendars, workflows, and approvals.
Update collateral, presentations, and campaign assets.
Support brand campaigns and sponsorship activity.
Coordinate with agencies and Design Studio to deliver work.
Track performance and prepare campaign reporting.
Manage day-to-day operations including trackers, inboxes, purchase orders, and admin.
Ensure all activity is accurate, on brand, and compliant.

Requirements

1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role.
Experience across campaigns, eDM, or content delivery.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Clear, practical communication skills.
A proactive, get-it-done mindset.
