Responsibilities

  • Create Opportunity/Quote and book contract for 5+ product types with standard entitlements.
  • Support quote to booking for complex non-standard entitlement scenarios.
  • Support billing for booked contracts.
  • Understand CBC requirements and execute compliant bookings to audit SOW to Quote to Booked Contract requirements.
  • Comprehend SOX requirements and support walk-through audits.
  • Execute standard amendments for contracts.
  • Support development of processes for simple non-standard entitlements amendment scenarios.
  • Support Idling enablement and corresponding billing adjustments.
  • Support development of processes for simple non-standard Idling scenarios.
  • Support forecasting/tool count process for contracts.
  • Pull and understand reports needed to support Opportunity/Quote/Book Bill Activity.
  • Analyze report data for basic business scenarios.
  • Support script writing, UAT, and assist in review of iQMS/training documents for accuracy.

Requirements
