About the Role
RX Japan is seeking a leader to plan and manage conferences and events within their exhibitions. This role involves creating high-impact events through personal ideas and collaborating with key industry stakeholders to foster significant growth.
Responsibilities
- Planning and program composition for exhibitions and events
- Managing seminars and lectures
- Content creation through theme setting and networking with speakers, industry associations, and media
- Operating web advertising and utilizing past participation data to attract attendees
- On-site event management, including seminar progress and speaker support
- Designing and constructing conference and event programs
- Selecting, negotiating with, and following up with speakers
- Coordinating and directing external vendors
- Participant management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (recent graduates welcome)
- High communication skills
- Multitasking and project management abilities
- Sales experience or experience in coordinating/negotiating with internal and external stakeholders/key personnel
- Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, PDF, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, PDF, PowerPoint, and internal websites
