About the Role
The Management Accountant supports the financial performance and reporting of the Healthcare division. The role is responsible for month-end processes, financial control, and ensuring the accuracy of revenue and costs. The position works closely with operations and finance stakeholders to provide insights and support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journals, including wage accruals, standing journals, purchase order accruals, doubtful debt & impairment of unbilled revenue journals, etc.
- Create and review month end timetable
- Support the Finance Manager with P&L analysis
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Complete OneStream reporting
- Manage and review billing
- Customer data maintenance
- Assist in prep of annual price increases
- Communicate with clients in relation to invoices and provide supporting information
- Prepare cash collection forecast
- Assist Treasury with cash allocation queries
- Forecasting

Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience within Healthcare would be highly regarded
