About the Role

This role is within the Solutions Sales department, primarily serving customers in the Tokyo metropolitan area. You will be responsible for proposing and selling Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI/IaaS, PaaS) through high-touch sales activities. This involves collaborating with relevant departments to manage projects that solve customer challenges with IT.

Responsibilities

• Propose, plan, quote, close, contract, implement, and provide post-launch support for solutions to address customer challenges, focusing on the Tokyo metropolitan area.
• Clearly explain related areas such as IaaS/PaaS products, storage, networking, security, and DR for cloud proposals to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Quickly identify customer business challenges and conduct sales activities with passion for cloud services, understanding cloud business drivers and OCI's competitive advantages.
