About the Role
xStocks is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its global presence, focusing on building brand credibility, shaping narratives, and engaging both industry insiders and everyday investors in the tokenized equities space.
Responsibilities
- Own xStocks' social presence across X and Linkedin, building credibility and visibility with partners, exchanges, DeFi protocols, and institutional audiences.
- Build and run automations and systems to ensure reactivity to market events.
- Drive proactive, end-to-end partnership content and co-marketing programs.
- Develop sustainable, sequenced content strategies aligned with the product roadmap.
- Translate complex topics like tokenized equities and DeFi mechanics into clear, compelling, and shareable content.
- Lead social go-to-market for product and partner launches.
- Build and manage a high-signal community through campaigns and conversations.
- Own performance metrics with a focus on outcomes and business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years in social media and community management, with a strong background in finance, fintech, or crypto.
- B2B or institutional experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of building brand credibility in a B2B context.
- Deep fluency in X and Linkedin.
- Hands-on experience building automations and content systems.
- Strong grasp of DeFi mechanics and ability to translate them into content.
- Experienced working with external partners on co-marketing.
- Exceptional content creation skills end-to-end; sharp writing.
- Data-driven with a focus on measuring outcomes and business impact.
- Proficient with AI tools for content ideation, production, and workflow efficiency.
- Self-directed and accountable; builds systems, owns calendars, and drives results.
- Genuinely plugged into crypto and financial markets.
