About the Role

We are seeking a creative and inspired leader to join our Product Development team. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure products are built with integrity and intention, aligning with our brand vision and business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product creation process from design hand-off to production approval.
  • Establish and execute brand strategy to achieve financial, quality, and product goals.
  • Negotiate product costs.
  • Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Raw Material R&D, and Sourcing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage multi-season development calendars and task execution.
  • Oversee Key Performance Indicators including cost management, IMU targets, vendor scorecards, fit approvals, and salesman sample execution.
  • Allocate bulk orders to suppliers based on capacity, capability, workmanship, and costing.
  • Lead process and IT improvements to enable seasonal execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the apparel industry.
  • Experience managing multiple product categories, including sweaters.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of cost drivers, margins, and landing factors.
  • Knowledge of testing protocols, product integrity, development timelines, and garment construction.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
