About the Role
Pallet is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be one of the first points of contact for prospects. This role offers the opportunity to build the outbound sales motion from the ground up, work closely with founders and sales leadership, and influence go-to-market strategy. Successful SDRs can advance into Account Executive, partnerships, or marketing roles.
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel activities, including identifying prospects, building targeted lists, and initiating contact.
- Execute outbound campaigns using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
- Book meetings for Account Executives by converting qualified conversations into pipeline.
- Test and iterate on messaging, sequences, timing, and targeting, sharing learnings with the team.
- Gather and surface prospect feedback to improve go-to-market strategies.
- Develop processes and playbooks for future SDR hires.
Requirements
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Grit, resilience, and a passion for learning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
