About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on C# and .NET development with modern frontend technologies like React. You will work independently on epics, contribute to technical design, mentor junior staff, and drive technical excellence within a collaborative engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver on epics and user stories with minimal guidance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers
• Collaborate through pair programming and offer constructive technical advice
• Perform code reviews to maintain quality and support knowledge sharing
• Contribute to domain and technical design discussions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Address team BAU, microservice maintenance, and incident resolution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development roles
• Proficiency in C# and .NET architecture
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React
• Strong understanding and application of SOLID principles
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Ability to contribute to software design and automated testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies
