About the Role
Jerry.ai is seeking Data Science & Analytics team members to drive impact across growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, and strategic partnerships. You will be embedded within a core business unit to own the analytical function end-to-end, from defining business problems to driving actionable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and identify the questions that inform key decisions.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights to move key business metrics.
- Provide recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Drive outcomes by communicating findings and determining next steps.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Track record of owning ambiguous analytical problems and driving them to business outcomes.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
