About the Role
Jerry.ai is seeking Data Science team members to join our central analytics team and embed within core business units such as growth, product, AI, and strategic partnerships. You will own the analytical function end-to-end, defining key problems, surfacing insights, and driving business outcomes to help us scale from 5 million to 50 million customers.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and ensure analyses inform actionable decisions.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights that move key business metrics.
- Drive outcomes by providing recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts.
- Own the analytical function for a specific business unit end-to-end.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous analytical problems and driving business outcomes.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
- Ability to act as a first principles thinker who breaks down ambiguous problems into hypotheses.
