About the Role
As Prudence Rehab's Return to Work Consultant, you will own a portfolio of claims, act as an outsourced RTW Coordinator, and collaborate with workers, employers, insurers, and clinicians to facilitate safe and timely returns to work. This role directly impacts faster, sustainable recovery outcomes, claim duration and cost, employer compliance and risk, and the development of stronger, more capable workplaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage claims end to end
- Build and drive tailored RTW plans
- Influence stakeholders across the claim
- Turn medical insight into practical outcomes
- Identify risks early and act decisively
Requirements
- 3+ years in Injury / RTW / Rehab
- Strong Workers Comp knowledge
- Proven ability to manage claims & drive RTW outcomes
- Claims / injury management software platforms experience
- NSW RTW Trained
- Confident, organised and influential communicator
