About the Role

Partner with internal Revenue Operations business units to support data-driven decisions by transforming raw data into actionable insights. This role offers an opportunity to grow technical skills and business acumen in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their business questions and reporting needs.
  • Contribute to core analytics projects and initiatives that support corporate strategy.
  • Query data from our data warehouse using SQL to support ad hoc analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards in Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use Excel for data cleaning, manipulation, and quick analysis (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
  • Assist in scoping and defining analysis projects into well-defined milestones.
  • Learn and contribute to data models within our dbt (data build tool) environment under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data quality or dashboard performance issues.
  • Maintain relationships and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding project status and manage expectations.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting of data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and charting.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with a data visualization tool, preferably Tableau (building dashboards, calculated fields).
  • Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn DBT and data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to analyze information and effectively present concepts in written, spreadsheet, and presentation formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to support the analytics team and internal customers on tight deadlines.
