About the Role

This role focuses on project management and implementation for WTW solutions, including Benefits Access, alternative administration, Project Catalyst, Project Zodiac, and Vendor Panels. It also involves Service Delivery Liaison support with the Global Delivery Centre.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to bring solutions to life for prospects and clients.
• Manage branding, marketing, and preparation of client-facing materials.
• Support implementation efforts by assisting teams placing business with selected carriers and vendors.
• Manage the development and launch of client-facing materials and underwriting tools.
• Provide liaison support between the GDC and FAA&P teams to address quality, service delivery, and training issues.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as new solutions advance and GDC priorities are defined.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and implementation.
• Familiarity with WTW solutions such as Benefits Access, Project Catalyst, Project Zodiac, and Vendor Panels.
• Ability to coordinate with various teams including Sales, Operations, FAAP, and GDC.
• Skills in developing client-facing materials and underwriting tools.
• Experience in liaison support between global delivery centers and internal teams.
