About the Role
Dorsia is seeking a Chief of Staff to build and deploy agentic AI systems. This role operates as the CEO's right hand, translating vision into action, architecting AI-powered workflows, owning company-wide OKRs, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring critical decisions are made with the right information at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO's right hand, owning operational oversight to free the CEO for big-picture strategy.
- Shape how the CEO spends his time, weighing trade-offs across meetings, priorities, and initiatives to keep focus on what moves the business forward.
- Support the CEO in special projects, strategic research on new markets, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities.
- Partner closely with the CEO and CFO on fundraising execution, including data room preparation, investor materials, and board deck production.
- Act as a trusted liaison for board members, investors, and strategic partners, maintaining alignment and consistent communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Own all-hands meetings, executive leadership meetings, and cross-functional task forces, setting agendas and driving outcomes.
- Drive cross-departmental change management, ensuring the company adapts smoothly to scaling and evolving organizational structure.
- Serve as a trusted internal resource for escalations requiring CEO-level visibility or cross-functional resolution.
- Co-own executive recruiting and organizational design, partnering with the CEO and People Operations on headcount planning and key hires.
- Lead the development and alignment of company-wide OKRs, ensuring each department's objectives connect with Dorsia's strategic priorities.
- Identify operational gaps before they become problems, leveraging AI tools to design and automate solutions at scale.
- Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team, using AI and analytics to guide decisions and optimize operational performance.
- Maintain executive-level visibility into the product roadmap, ensuring decisions are grounded in business strategy and cross-functional input.
Requirements
- 8+ years in a high-performance environment, including consulting, investment banking, VC, or a fast-scaling start-up; direct Chief of Staff experience is a plus.
- Experience operating at a company through a significant inflection point, including Series A to B, rapid international scaling, or a major product expansion.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tools to streamline operations, accelerate decision-making, and unlock efficiency.
- Proven ability to build and manage OKR frameworks across multiple departments.
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
- Strong analytical toolkit and ability to build dashboards, interpret data, and translate insights into decisions.
- Familiarity with financial modeling or business performance metrics, ideally from a finance background.
- High EQ and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reflect the CEO's voice.
- Background in consumer, hospitality, luxury, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
- A natural connector who builds trust quickly across all levels of the organization, from IC to C-Suite.

About the Company
- Dorsia is at the forefront of hospitality-tech innovation, redefining how the world gains access to the most in-demand restaurants, events, and experiences.
- By fusing cutting-edge technology with the art of luxury hospitality, we empower our members to secure impossible-to-get reservations while providing operators with unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization.
- Backed by $50M+ across Seed and Series A rounds, led by Index Ventures at a $146M valuation, with strategic industry partners such as Major Food Group (Carbone, Torrisi, etc.), Groot Hospitality (Casadonna, Papi Steak, etc.), and Gracious Hospitality (COTE, Coqodaq, etc.), Dorsia is entering its most consequential phase of growth.
- In 2025, we scaled to 400+ venues across 25 global destinations, expanded into the European Summer, and launched our Culture Calendar, bringing Fashion Weeks, Coachella, SXSW, Cannes, Art Basel, and F1 into a single, seamless lifestyle curated entirely through Dorsia.
- We don't just open doors. We make our members feel like the doors are always open for them.
- At Dorsia, we believe that culture eats strategy. The best ideas in the world mean nothing without the right people around the table and the right chemistry between them. We are, unapologetically, a people-first organization.
- We’re creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the most discerning audience in the world. That doesn’t happen over Zoom. It happens through collisions: a spark across a desk, a kitchen-side conversation that unlocks a partnership, the energy of ideas felt, not typed. That’s why in-office culture is non-negotiable at Dorsia.
- We don’t subscribe to check-the-box hiring. We hire for merit and mindset, which naturally creates a team with varied backgrounds. What unites us isn’t demographics, it’s a shared vision: to build the social operating system for the cultural vanguard.
- Working at Dorsia isn’t for everyone—and that’s the point. Our culture is designed for builders, not passengers. We move fast, set ambitious standards, and expect people to rise to them.
- We’re building something special. It will take long hours and relentless effort. It’s not for everyone. For those with the metabolism, you’ll create something that changes how culture is lived. And that’s the kind of work worth your life’s energy.
