About the Role
Simpson Housing is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Addison Luxury Apartment Homes, a premier 388-unit community in Austin, TX. This role is key to property operations, focusing on presenting the community, managing the leasing process, monitoring market trends, ensuring apartment readiness, and building resident relationships.
Responsibilities
- Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way
- Assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home
- Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish
- Monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables
- Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for move-in
- Planning and coordinating resident functions
- Building strong working relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service
- Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills
- Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous leasing experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Hotel or hospitality industry experience as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus
