About the Role

We are building a mobile app to bring healthcare into people's pockets and are looking for a designer to shape this experience. You will be responsible for the UX/UI design of our native mobile app for iOS and Android, working directly with our product team, developers, and decision-makers to create clear, usable, and technically feasible mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design native mobile screens and flows for iOS and Android, from concept to developer handoff.
• Apply platform-specific patterns: iOS Human Interface Guidelines & Android Material Design 3.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Create prototypes for rapid validation of UX decisions.
• Work independently in an agile, fast-paced team with an outcome focus.
• Clearly communicate and document design decisions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Portfolio with launched, real-world mobile products (not concept-only).
• Deep understanding of platform-specific patterns, guidelines, and user expectations.
• Experience in agile product teams, working closely with developers and PMs.
• High self-organization, personal responsibility, and proactive communication.
• Professional English proficiency (team language).
• Comfort working independently in fast-paced, collaborative remote environments.
• Take responsibility without being asked.
• Communicate clearly, document decisions, and keep the team informed.
• Design for real impact, not perfection for its own sake.
• Make the team better, not just your own portfolio.
