- Prepare and post monthly journal entries with solid supporting documentation.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation.
- Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor account activity to ensure balances are accurate, properly supported, and reflect the correct financial position.
- Escalate issues when needed and ensure their resolution.
- Adhere to internal control policies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation to support audits and financial reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests, financial analysis, and special projects.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Salary/Compensations
- $50,000-$55,000 CAD
