About the Role

SPS is seeking a professional and customer-focused Mailroom Associate to support daily mailroom operations within a corporate client environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous mailroom experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting focused on service excellence, organization, and operational support. This position will also be cross-trained in front of office, print/copy services, or similar office services to support broader business service center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Support shipping, receiving, courier coordination, and package tracking activities
  • Operate mailroom equipment including postage, sorting, and inserting machines
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and client contacts
  • Maintain organized mailroom and business service center operations
  • Monitor and replenish office and mailroom supplies
  • Assist with document production, printing, scanning, binding, and other reprographics support services
  • Cross-train within business operations as business needs require
  • Support additional office services functions as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of previous mailroom experience required
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in reprographics/copy-print services required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
  • Basic computer and office equipment experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Employees must be able to communicate effectively and perform tasks requiring attention to detail.
