About the Role
Join Big Mamma's kitchen team as a Commis Pastry, preparing delicious desserts from scratch in a vibrant, high-energy environment. You will contribute to sharing authentic Italian dishes with guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare desserts following Big Mamma recipes and quality standards
- Work closely with kitchen management to support smooth service
- Respect health and safety standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
- Bring positive energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift
- Help create the best moment of our guests’ day

Requirements
- Previous experience or training as a Commis Pastry Chef
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Skills

Salary/Compensations
- £ 15.96 per hour ( inclusive of tronc )
