About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Manager, FP&A for its Corpay Cross Border line of business in Toronto, ON. This role reports to the Director, FP&A and involves collaboration with finance and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review monthly consolidated results and provide analysis and commentary.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly variance analysis packages, ensuring clear explanations of business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage the preparation of monthly management reports, standard reports, financial summaries, and executive leadership materials.
  • Support month-end close activities by reviewing actual results, accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand business performance, operational trends, and key financial drivers.
  • Lead and support the preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts.
  • Review budget and forecast submissions, challenge assumptions, and ensure accuracy and alignment with business expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end processes.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant and progressive finance experience, ideally in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and month-end close processes.
  • Experience reviewing financial results, preparing analysis, and developing reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and executive-ready presentation materials.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
