  • Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to produce engaging content, using AI for production acceleration.
  • Develop a curated influencer program based on brand alignment rather than volume.
  • Structure long-term influencer relationships beyond one-off activations.
  • Create a measurable framework linking social media performance to brand health and member acquisition.
  • Identify and secure partnership opportunities that expand Dorsia's reach while preserving brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketplace teams to ensure partnership viability.

  • Define consumer communication strategies for the entire member lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Establish voice standards and messaging hierarchy for all member touchpoints.
  • Implement AI-powered personalization in member communications based on behavior and preferences.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to gather member sentiment and behavioral insights.
  • Build a member advocacy program to encourage organic storytelling.
  • Lead and develop a team focused on social media, consumer communications, and product strategy.
  • Manage the external PR agency, including scope, quality, and in-house vs. agency responsibilities.
  • Identify and automate high-friction tasks within the communications function using AI agents.
  • Set AI fluency as a standard expectation for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Deep relationships with Tier-1 press across lifestyle, business, and hospitality verticals, with a history of proactive placements.
  • Experience developing communications plans for significant events such as funding announcements, launches, partnerships, and executive hires.
  • Credibility with industry trade press and the ability to position a brand as a collaborator.
  • History of building influencer programs with clear criteria and demonstrable earned media impact.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including building and deploying AI agents for monitoring, production, and workflow automation.
