About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the AI Platform (LLMX) within our Work Intelligence (WIQ) group. LLMX is the shared substrate for AI development, encompassing runtime, orchestration, evaluation, and observability. This role requires a product leader with technical depth in AI systems, strong instincts for platform adoption and developer experience, and the ability to connect platform investments to product differentiation and enterprise value.

Responsibilities

Own the LLMX platform end-to-end, including roadmap, execution, adoption, and quality.
Partner with engineering, data, and ML leaders as a technical peer, driving ambitious bets while maintaining platform stability.
Proactively work with feature teams to identify upcoming capability needs for agentic work.
Define and deliver primitives for next-generation agentic features like routing agents, skill orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Own the platform's evaluation infrastructure, ensuring quality and reliability scale.
Shape build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions for models, providers, and infrastructure components.
Stay ahead of the state of the art in LLMs and agentic AI, translating currency into platform strategy.

Requirements

10+ years in product management, with meaningful experience in AI platform, ML infrastructure, or developer platform roles.
Shipped production AI services that other teams built on, understanding how to earn and keep their trust.
Genuine technical depth in AI and LLM systems, with informed opinions on model selection, RAG vs. fine-tuning, agentic architectures, evaluation frameworks, and latency/cost optimization.
Comfortable serving both internal dev teams and enterprise buyers.
Strong commercial instinct, understanding how platform investments connect to enterprise differentiation, competitive positioning, and deal cycles.
Disciplined approach to staying current in AI and LLM fields.
Data-driven approach, defining success in metrics and using evaluation frameworks.
Experience in industrial operations or asset management is a plus.
