About the Role

Guest Services Staff will act as the primary provider of direct services to guests within a venue, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment from entry to exit. This role involves a variety of customer service duties performed in an expert, professional, and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and provide directions to venue areas.
• Operate coat check rooms according to established guidelines.
• Scan tickets for entry and administer appropriate wristbands.
• Greet guests and resolve complaints, escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor guest conduct to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent underage drinking and ensure responsible consumption.
• Seat guests and assist patrons with disabilities.
• Enforce all venue policies and procedures.
• Complete all required trainings and participate in employee meetings.
• Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, directing guests during emergencies.
• Monitor the venue during guest arrival and exit to comply with safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management and Supervisors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Previous experience working in events and knowledge of the music industry preferred.
• Ability to work in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Positive attitude with superior customer service skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
