About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join their Outpatient team in North Austin, TX. This role focuses on providing physical therapy services for a variety of orthopedic conditions, including chronic, acute, post-operative care, and sports rehabilitation, within a thriving clinic culture. You will collaborate with a team of clinicians to help patients achieve their individual care plan goals.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services for a variety of orthopedic conditions including chronic, acute, post-operative care and sports rehabilitation.
Work with a team of clinicians to help patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source.
Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
Promote continuous quality improvement.
Instruct and counsel patients/families as needed.

Requirements

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
