About the Role

Nox is building premium overnight trains across Europe as an alternative to short-haul flights, offering a redesigned interior and onboard experience for stylish and time-saving travel. This internship is an open application for passionate and talented individuals to shape a six-month project, contributing to the company's growth and defining its future.

Responsibilities

• Owning logistics, invitations, and on-site choreography for brand and launch moments.
• Defining the hospitality and onboard travel experience.
• Building playbooks and tools for operations and crew management.
• Opening doors with partners and decision-makers for B2B and commercial efforts.
• Building the engine for growth and marketing to establish Nox as a household name.
• Shaping the digital customer experience alongside product managers.
• Pitching and developing projects on topics in night-train travel that genuinely excite you.

Requirements

• Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated.
• Background in business, design, engineering, hospitality, or social sciences.
• Demonstrated reasoning, writing, and execution abilities.
• Hands-on experience from internships, student ventures, side projects, or leadership roles.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of writing outreach to senior partners and briefing founders.
• Ability to combine structured thinking with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Proficiency in using modern tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Figma, and AI research/writing tools.
• Fluent English is required.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the internship duration.
• Willingness to apply even without prior traditional job experience, if you have built, organized, sold, designed, or shipped something you are proud of.
