About the Role
Coordinates day-to-day marketing tasks and supports digital marketing activities for new home communities in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Responsibilities
- Assist Marketing Director in developing traffic-driving ideas for new home communities.
- Assist Marketing Manager in assessing marketing needs and developing marketing plans.
- Audit website for corrections, updates, and creative changes.
- Check inventory and base pricing for accuracy.
- Review phone numbers and directions to communities.
- Update community descriptions, amenities, and features.
- Manage site maps and interactive map components.
- Support interactive kiosk buildout.
- Review and prioritize projects, communicating with corporate graphic artist on collateral direction and monitoring project completion.
- Support new model/community grand opening events, including email campaigns and logistics.
- Assess and update collateral as needed.
- Fulfill supply orders and manage collateral inventory.
- Support sales subscriptions, dues, and awards with HBA.
- Purchase and distribute promotional items for special events or campaigns.
- Assist with employee relations, divisional event planning, agent events, and community-specific events.
- Support Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager on digital marketing channels (Social, PPC, Email, Web content) and print collateral.
- Support the implementation and execution of multi-channel marketing.
- Support MLS entries with written descriptions and photography management.
- Manage weekly photography through the Digital Asset Management tool and publish to Quick Move-In homes, community galleries, and MLS.
- Attend monthly sales meetings and participate in weekly marketing planning meetings.
- Utilize Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar, PowerPoint, and planning tools to support the Sales & Marketing team.
- Act as a brand supporter and partner to the Marketing team.
- Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience preferably in Homebuilding.
- 1-2 years of content management experience.
- Knowledge of CRM system, software platforms and ability to complete tasks quickly.
- Comfortable with new systems, tools, and adapting to technology.
- Quick learner, responsive to emails and phone calls, with suburb follow up/ follow through skills.
