About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver front-end web applications based on business requirements.
• Complete front-end design and coding by understanding user requirements.
• Solve complex technology problems and projects for the business unit.
• Track business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, and applications development.
• Establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis.
• Consult with users and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy.
• Act as an SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in Windows and Web UI Development.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# and React.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of test frameworks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to details, and a positive attitude.
• JSON/XML and REST API based web service integrations.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
