About the Role

The Media Designer II (Video, Print & Social) produces engaging video, print, and social media designs. This role collaborates with studio production teams, clients, and executives to deliver high-impact creative solutions across digital, print, and experiential platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive graphic design strategy and vision alongside producers and technicians.
  • Design, illustrate, and animate digital and print graphics, presentation decks, and 2D/3D animations.
  • Uphold and refine brand identity through consistent design systems and scalable templates.
  • Translate complex strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives and consumer-centric storytelling.
  • Maintain a detailed library of content and assets.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to manage projects from concept to final deliverable.
  • Create storyboards and animatics to scope animation projects.
  • Visualize data in marketing and editorial videos.
  • Assist producers and management in establishing industry best-practice workflows.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of experience in an agency, in-house team, or post-production studio.
  • Demonstrated focus on videography, editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
  • Previous experience producing and managing video, live production, and photoshoots.
  • Must provide a portfolio of work.
  • Ability to lift and transport audio equipment up to 60 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Skills

  • Conceptual thinking with expertise in typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Davinci Resolve.
  • Experience with 3D programs such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
  • Experience with rigging plugins such as Duik Bassel, Limber, or Rubberhose.
  • Advanced video post-production skills including color-correction, audio sweetening, and compositing.
  • Knowledge of RAW/LOG footage manipulation, frame rates, and delivery formats.
  • Experience in compositing, motion tracking, matting, rotoscoping, and green screen removal.
  • Ability to create educational, training, product demo, and explainer animations.

Salary/Compensations

  • $73,000.00 - $109,400.00
