Responsibilities
- Creates a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
- Ensures the team utilizes the “Star Service” model and selling skills for a world-class shopping experience.
- Maintains a customer-focused mentality, going above and beyond for fans.
- Proactively educates self and teammates on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns.
- Exhibits strong visual merchandising skills to create impactful presentations.
- Maintains a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room.
- Responsible for networking, recruiting, and hiring to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Promotes an environment that empowers others, nurtures education, and elevates team culture.
- Communicates clear expectations and holds the store team accountable for selling and service standards.
- Drives team performance through coaching, training, role-playing, and consistent communication.
- Celebrates individual and team victories to promote positive behaviors.
- Leads a selling culture focused on acquiring customer needs and upselling additional products.
- Manages peak business periods while maintaining sales performance and customer experience standards.
- Ensures the team promotes Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs.
- Motivates and inspires the team by delivering a compelling vision and purpose.
- Effectively communicates and partners with the District Manager to drive performance targets.
- Maximizes profitable results by analyzing financial tools and implementing solutions.
- Trains and develops the team on business acumen to drive store performance.
- Facilitates meetings with the store leadership team to establish store goals.
- Manages payroll to maximize productivity and achieve payroll and sales goals.
- Ensures shrink results meet company loss prevention standards.
- Ensures accuracy and efficiency of merchandise handling, including receiving, markdown optimization, and replenishment.
- Responds resourcefully to changing demands and opportunities in a retail environment.
- Proactively seeks personal learning and development opportunities.
- Builds and supports effective relationships with teammates, peers, and supervisors.
