About the Role

Join Singtel to manage the product lifecycle of the Managed Services portfolio, including SD-WAN and SSE solutions, while driving innovation through AI initiatives and operational automation to support enterprise digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle of the Managed Services portfolio including SD-WAN and SSE solutions.
• Oversee product cost structure, roadmap, positioning, commercial model, and P&L.
• Strengthen competitiveness by integrating Singtel-led and principal-led AI initiatives.
• Improve service efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience through automation and AI-Ops.
• Develop product policies and streamline internal processes.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and product specifications.
• Plan and develop new products, features, and pricing models based on market benchmarking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate product requirements into OSS and BSS systems.
• Partner with vendors to optimize deployment and operational phases.
• Enable sales teams to upsell services for customer digital transformation.
• Support sales in RFP and RFQ processes and assist service teams during deployment and management phases.
• Review and manage product terms, conditions, and partner contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or development at large enterprises or startups.
• Experience with managed Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), cloud-based services, or customized managed services.
• Interest in improving end-user experience through runbooks, digitalization, automation, and AI-Ops.
• Keen understanding of technology developments, market trends, and enterprise business needs.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
