About the Role
The Investor Services team is seeking an Associate II to act as a trusted partner to real estate private equity customers and their investors. This generalist role involves performing critical activities across a broad set of services clients, delivering administration solutions, payments, and compliance services. You will develop project management, communication, customer management, and process improvement skills while positively impacting customer operations.
Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of evolving software and the real estate private equity industry.
- Use Juniper Square software to support fund administration and investor services customers.
- Perform workspace management tasks, including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness.
- Support customers during their fundraising process by understanding goals and timelines, and articulating the value of Juniper Square software and processes.
- Monitor customer health and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Balance fulfilling customer requests with adherence to scope of work and SLAs.
- Manage treasury-related activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments.
- Investigate payment breaks and chargebacks, coordinating with bank partners to resolve exceptions and ad-hoc requests.
- Identify and flag areas of improvement, including operational controls, to team leads and/or managers.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in fund administration or investor services related roles.
- High level of integrity and desire to consistently do the right thing for customers and the business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be a self-starter: identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying close to details.
- Sees opportunity in ambiguity; has a vision for building something new and big.
- Must be available to work primarily during Pacific or Mountain Time business hours.
