Responsibilities

  • Step in front of the camera when needed to bring ideas to life authentically.
  • Stay plugged into culture and community by spotting trends, scaling insights from audiences, and adapting trending formats authentically for each client.
  • Craft clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and community management.
  • Connect brands with their communities through meaningful, always-on community management and engagement, and smart participation in cultural moments.
  • Analyze content and channel performance, uncover creative insights, and use them to guide recommendations and reporting.
  • Own the delivery of monthly and quarterly reports that clearly demonstrate impact and inform future strategy.
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their go-to social expert.
  • Oversee day-to-day social channel management, including scheduling content, updating bios and links, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly and quarterly content calendars, mapping posts, publishing dates, formats, and channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with social platform updates, emerging formats, and best practices to inform creative and strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Have a sophisticated understanding of social media platforms and be able to advise on content sharing strategy.
  • Live and breathe content, driven by a desire to create and occasionally feature in great client work.
  • Be a creative thinker and writer, able to work independently and collaboratively on content ideation.
  • Be fascinated by brands, how they market themselves, and use social media.
  • Be naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
  • Take real pride in your work and always strive for perfection.
