About the Role
We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, Host who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service to facilitate and support the client journey in our Boutiques. This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic. The Boutique Facilitator, Host will also assist other members of the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate a seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival
- Share relevant information regarding health and safety protocols
- Leverage tools and processes to help manage client wait times and appointments
- Answer client questions and facilitate a seamless experience to bridge wait time
- Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels
- Proactively communicate wait times and in-boutique experience expectations
- Facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique
- Receive inventory and ship products to support sales and client service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
- Understanding of and passion for client experience
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and social initiatives
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to move with pace and energy while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
