About the Role

Provide impartial, expert advice to clients in the infrastructure space, designing and executing strategic M&A and financing solutions. Act as a trusted partner with a long-term, independent view on client challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple transactions and project teams simultaneously on all critical aspects, from client development and opportunity evaluation to transaction strategy and execution for M&A and financing advisory mandates.
  • Lead teams in preparing financial analyses, models, client presentations, information memoranda, ratings presentations, and offering documents.
  • Identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co Global Advisory and new ideas for clients that advance their strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the infrastructure or energy & power sector.
  • Prior experience from an M&A or debt advisory firm, or a financing role at a balance sheet bank with exposure to M&A or debt advisory.
  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills to develop financial models, debt structures, and valuations with a deep understanding of financial statement analysis.
  • Proven understanding of infrastructure-like financing products and capital structures.
  • Ability to provide direction and leadership to build a strong team environment and effective relationships across individuals, teams, business lines, and geographies.
  • Ability to build long-term, professional relationships that add value to the client and lead to business expansion.
  • Experience leading client presentations, managing projects, and executing transactions.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
