About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Acquisition Marketing supports the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and always-on programs for PC Money Account acquisition and cross-sell initiatives. This role focuses on driving product growth through paid, owned, and earned channels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of PC Money Account marketing campaigns.
- Support product cross-sell strategy and manage execution, delivery, and reporting.
- Manage end-to-end briefing and development of marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead project management for integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, OOH, and PR content.
- Ensure acquisition programs meet milestones from requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
- Monitor and report on channel performance and implement growth optimizations.
- Conduct testing and QA on all campaigns prior to execution.
- Identify opportunities for future programs and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance of customer-facing campaigns.
- Manage project budgets, tracking, and invoicing with the Finance team.
- Research and track financial industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assist in developing and executing large integrated marketing campaigns.
- Capacity to manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and mediate project issues.
- Self-starter with a passion for success.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment or agency culture.
