About the Role

Clio is seeking its first Solution Specialist in APAC, based in Sydney, to establish and scale its Enterprise offering. This foundational role involves shaping how the company sells, demos, and positions its platform to enterprise customers. The specialist will combine deep platform knowledge with strong storytelling to deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and proposals, acting as a key pre-sales resource.

Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in the Clio Operate platform and articulate its value to enterprise prospects.
Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations aligned to client workflows and challenges.
Design and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) based on business and technical requirements.
Lead discovery workshops and act as the solution authority throughout the sales cycle.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from technical leads to C-suite executives.
Partner with Account Executives to shape winning sales strategies and progress deals.
Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers with clear scope and documentation.
Feed market insights and client feedback back into Product to influence the roadmap.
Create and maintain reusable pre-sales assets, including demo environments and templates.
Stay current on product developments, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Leverage AI tools to enhance research, demo preparation, and proposal development.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS.
Proven experience delivering customized demos and proof-of-concepts for complex platforms.
Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand architecture and integrations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Solid understanding of enterprise business processes and how technology supports them.
Experience with workflow automation, case/matter management, or legal tech is a plus.
Comfortable working in low-code or configurable platform environments.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
Collaborative approach, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, and delivery.
Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Curiosity and a growth mindset, particularly in applying AI to improve ways of working.
