About the Role
Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery, focusing on providing the very best care for children and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own room, encouraging good practice and being a good role model.
- Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus.
- Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room.
- Responsibility for supporting colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones, and observations to the highest standards.
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.
- Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Passion and dedication to providing world-class care to children.
- Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Applicants will need to show they have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS, reference, and social media checks.
