About the Role

At DKB Code Factory, leveraging low-code PEGA technology is central to our strategy for accelerating and reducing the cost of our workflow digitization initiatives, particularly within the back-office area. As Pega Senior System Architect (x,f,m), you’ll take on a technical leadership role, guiding a talented team of developers to create innovative low-code applications that transform the way we do business. You’ll contribute to our technical strategy, working closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into customer-focused, scalable Pega solutions. Collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team, you’ll bring fresh ideas to projects that make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions.
• Lead the development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
• Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential.
• Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.
• Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
• Promote a blame-free environment where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, and constructive feedback is used to drive continuous improvement and personal growth.

Requirements

• Pega certification: Successfully completed training and obtained certification as a Pega Senior System Architect (SSA).
• Several years of hands-on experience building and delivering software solutions, including at least 3 years of experience in Pega application development.
• Exposure to other technologies like application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration methods.
• Basic knowledge and practical experience with Object-Oriented techniques and design principles.
• Demonstrated success delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and architects.
• Experience mentoring other developers fostering their professional growth and development.
• Fluent in English.
