About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work day-to-day with Sales leaders across Europe and help design and deliver a best-in-class, data-driven hiring process that supports our commercial expansion and raises the bar for hiring quality and candidate experience. You’ll be based in one of our main hubs, London and collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple European markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles across Europe.
- Partner with Sales leaders to define scorecards, interview loops, and SLAs, ensuring alignment and quality.
- Build persona-based sourcing plans and collaborate with Employer Branding to craft targeted messaging.
- Maintain a structured, data-informed process, analysing funnel performance and driving improvements.
- Champion candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a high standard of engagement.
- Leverage automation and TA tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Looker, Brighthire) to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Drive weekly funnel reviews, highlight insights, and partner with stakeholders to remove blockers.
Requirements
- Bring hands-on experience in high-volume Sales recruitment, ideally across multiple European markets.
- Have a proven track record in structured hiring (scorecards, interviewer training, data-driven decision-making).
- Excel at building relationships with stakeholders and influencing hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
- Use data and insights to guide hiring strategy and continuously improve funnel performance.
- Have strong communication and prioritisation skills, thriving in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by creating great candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Fluency in English and an additional European language (e.g. Italian, French, German, Portuguese or Spanish).
