About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate for a permanent, part-time position (16 hours/week) in our Salomon Store in Covent Garden, London. This role involves 100% presence on the sales floor, utilizing exceptional customer service and sales techniques to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
- Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level customer experience and propose complementary products.
- Be proficient in Sales Techniques and Digital Tools to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention.
- Ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
- Be confident at cash handling.
- Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and retail.
- Love interacting with people and sharing enthusiasm with the team.
- Passion and knowledge of Salomon's core sports.
- Team player.
- Hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that can include evenings, weekends and holidays.
