About the Role

This role is central to monitoring the compliance of over 4000 properties, organizing and progressing remedial work to achieve and retain a good rating within the StS framework. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to delegate, and comfort with database systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the activities of StS engineers to achieve optimal ratings during annual inspections.
• Monitor required remedial work, logging and escalating any delays to the Head of StS.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the StS portal.
• Create daily job sheets for engineers.
• Prioritize assigned works.
• Monitor orders and allocate them to raised jobs.
• Implement the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report on the status of raised jobs.
• Handle contractor and client jobs, including addressing queries.
• Comply with S&P policies and perform any reasonably requested duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Word.
• Experience working with a database system.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team or independently.
• Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision.
• Ability to work flexibly in response to varying demands of the role to achieve agreed outcomes.
