Responsibilities
- You are responsible for one or more services in the area of trust services from end to end throughout the entire lifecycle, both commercially and technically.
- You analyze requirements, structure them, and translate them into understandable solutions that are useful for our customers.
- You identify optimization potential in processes and IT systems and support implementation from idea to go-live.
- You actively drive the digitalization and automation of internal processes and design sustainable solutions.
- You monitor and control multiple services based on SLAs and KPIs, ensuring availability, performance, and stability.
- You act as a confident intermediary between customers (management) and internal departments, ensuring clear and smooth communication at eye level.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Sound knowledge and experience in IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL), including the application of best practices for optimizing IT processes (BPMN 2.0) and service quality.
- Sound knowledge and several years of experience in defining, planning, implementing, and managing IT services in the Public Sector (IT Service Management).
- Sound knowledge and experience in product or service monitoring, control, and optimization, as well as experience in regular reporting within IT Service Level Management in the Public Sector.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in providing targeted consulting services for the respective specialist area, particularly in product and/or project management and/or IT Service Management in the Public Sector.
- Sound knowledge and several years of experience in budget planning and management, including budget control.
- German language skills at C2 level (GER).
- Willingness to undergo an extended security check (SÜ 2) according to § 11 of the Berlin Security Vetting Act (BSÜG).
