About the Role
As a working student/intern in IT, you will be our tech enabler in daily business, ensuring our modern infrastructure runs reliably, securely, and user-friendly. You will take on real responsibility from day one, learn from professionals, and work closely with management.
Responsibilities
- Hardware setup and rollout, including equipping new team members and managing technical onboarding/offboarding.
- Software and tool management, including configuration of the tech stack (MS365, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, HiBob).
- Cloud and access management, overseeing data rooms and controlling access rights (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.).
- IT security and ISO 27001 support, maintaining security standards through VPN setups, antivirus management, and IT awareness.
- Office infrastructure maintenance, including network, Wi-Fi, and media technology in the Berlin office.
- Troubleshooting and support for technical issues within the team.
- Process and documentation, including documenting workflows, creating onboarding guides, and improving IT processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in (Business) Informatics, a comparable field of study, or an IT apprenticeship.
- Previous practical experience in an IT environment (internship, IT part-time job, or personal tech projects).
- Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS and interest in cloud infrastructures (MS365 / Google Workspace).
- Very good written and spoken German and good English language skills.
- Digital native mindset with a solution-oriented approach and a desire to optimize IT.
- Structured and highly reliable working style, understanding the importance of IT security and data protection (ISO 27001).
- Enjoyment in actively supporting team members and explaining complex IT topics clearly.
